Refund policy

Every BornOnGameDay piece is made to order with your details, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged, defective or our mistake. If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a mistake on our part, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it and ship it free. There's no need to send anything back. If a reprint isn't possible, we'll refund you.

Please double-check the name or top line, date and team before ordering, since we print exactly what you enter.

Cancellations. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before your piece is printed. Contact us right away and we'll refund you in full.

Digital downloads can't be refunded once the files are delivered, unless a file has a mistake on our part, in which case we'll fix it.
