What if there was no game on the date?
The Day You Were Born: you get the closest game that week. If the team was in its off-season, your print counts down the days to the first game of your life and tells the story of that season.
I Was There: we use the exact date you give us. If your team didn't play that day, the preview tells you, and we'll contact you before anything is printed.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Choose your date, sport and team on the product page and the preview builds your real game, with your words, colors and frame. Every order is also checked by hand before it's printed.
Does it use team logos?
No. Our designs are original and use the facts of the game, not team logos, fonts or uniforms.
How fast will it arrive?
Shipping is free in the US. Prints and framed pieces are made to order and ship in 3–7 business days, plus a few days for delivery. Lifetime Books take 1–2 weeks to make. Digital files are usually ready within one business day. For Christmas, please order framed pieces by December 8.
Can I order for more than one person?
Yes. Add each one to your cart separately with its own details.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint it free. No need to send anything back.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, before your piece is printed. Contact us right away.
