December is an odd time on the sports calendar. Fall teams have just finished, and families are still wrapping up banquets. Winter teams are in the middle of the season, with a holiday tournament or a break coming up. Club and travel teams practice right through it. From the coach to every player
The best gift for a whole roster is inexpensive, personal and easy to hand out at the last practice before the break.

How to organize a team order
- Pick one person to order. A team parent or assistant coach keeps the details consistent.
- Start from the roster. Put every player's name and number in one list, and check the spelling with each family. A misspelled name is the one thing kids notice.
- Set a per-player budget. From $11 for stickers to $42 for a bottle, with the team discount on top, there's something for every budget.
- Order early. Last practices before the break often fall in mid-December, so working back from that date matters more than Christmas Day.
